Logo Przestrzeń Sense of Meaning Test

A short self-reflection test (20 statements, 5 areas) prepared by the Logo Przestrzeń Foundation - the starting point for the workshop “In Search of Meaning”.

What it is

The Sense of Meaning Test is a self-reflection tool prepared by the Logo Przestrzeń team (Katarzyna and Mariusz Marcinkowski) on the basis of Viktor Frankl's ideas. It is not a diagnostic test - it is an invitation to reflection.

Structure

  • 20 statements rated on a scale of 1 to 6,
  • 5 areas corresponding to the stages of the workshop: emptiness and the will to meaning, creative values, experiential values, attitude towards suffering, answering life's questions,
  • some items are reverse-scored,
  • a score from 20 to 120 points, interpreted in four ranges - from an experience of emptiness to a strong sense of meaning.

Where to take it

The test is available free of charge (in Polish) at logoprzestrzen.pl. After completing it you receive your result and a short interpretation by e-mail.

Next steps

The test leads to the workshop “In Search of Meaning” - a series of meetings based on the three paths to meaning.
